Many things can go wrong in a month in an unattended home. During each visit to your property I will check the premises, utilities, any visible maintenance problems and evidence of unwanted pests. My inspection process covers everything that is imperative to watch your home.

I inspect all types of properties from condominiums, townhomes, villas, coastal homes, estate homes and single family homes. 

I'm a permanent resident of Florida and I live in Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club in Fort Myers Florida.

 I retired from Ameren, a major utility company in Saint Louis Missouri. I was a Supervisor of Operations for 41 years. I started my business the summer of 2021 - "Gulf Of Mexico Home Watch L.L.C.", and based on my experience and expertise, your property will be well taken care of by me personally.

Check List:

Includes turning on the water and running all faucets, kitchen, bathrooms, and the laundry room. I also look for evidence of mold.

Check List:

Visual check inside of all appliances and exterior of appliances. I look for those nasty ghost ants especially in the kitchen areas.

I can contact an exterminator on your behalf and arrange to meet with the bug man on your property if the issue becomes serious.

Check List:

Flushing all commodes. Checking the lavatories and wash basins, including running the bathtubs and showers.  

Check List:

Visual walk around your pool. Checking for debris, cloudy or contaminated water and unwanted pests. I will check your skimmer for floating debris such as leaves, flower petals, dirt, twigs, dead insects, or frogs that may be clogging your residential pool. I will empty out the skimmer and report any other issues.
